Taking Care of our Water Workers
Hi! Glanris here —
We wanted to take time to salute our essential water workers around the world who have been working tirelessly out in the field and in the labs during these unprecedented times.
We have the utmost respect for the water workforce who make sure we have access to clean water 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These unsung heroes need the respect and credit they deserve. Not only are these workers essential, but we hope they are taking the time to care for themselves and their teammates during these trying times.
We’re still working….
For the last few months, we've been staying busy. We are working in the lab to enhance and refine our novel media, and we are producing media in the plant, albeit at much lower volumes. We are taking turns coming into the office and lab and staggering shifts to ensure everyone's safety.
It is essential here at Glanris that we make sure everyone is taking the time to take care of themselves. We put our team's health and well-being first; we are living in overwhelming times, so this includes our team's mental health! Every #FiltrationFriday, personnel from our Memphis pilot plant have a Zoom lunch to keep up the team's spirit. Since we can't all be together, this is our way of making sure on a weekly basis that we can all hear what everyone is working on. We take this as a time to eat, have a little fun, and provide a much-needed break from how hard everyone's been working. Every member of Glanris is essential. We only achieve success when we work together as a team. And we love our team!

We love our Memphis team here at Glanris, and we want to make sure they know it! Filtration Fridays allow us to spend quality time with each other since we can’t all be together…
